The historic Saratoga Springs City Hall was badly damaged in a storm leaving $10 million dollars worth of construction work. A lightning bolt burnt a hole in the roof drain and all the water from the storm went into the building leaving an incredible amount of damage.
MLB was awarded the contract for general construction. While working hand in hand with the City and the Saratoga Preservation Foundation, MLB will restore City Hall as much as possible to keep its historic character. The scheduling goal is to complete the first floor by the end of 2019, and have the second and third-floor music hall completed by April of 2020.
