We will be removing an existing pole barn and replacing with a new pre-engineered metal building. The new building will have two spaces, an open air vehicle storage building and an enclosed workshop with breakroom.
We will be renovating an existing warehouse and maintenance shop. Exterior renovations include upgrading the building envelope with added insulation, metal wall panels, overhead doors, standing seam metal roof, and solar panels. Interior renovations include converting the existing boiler room to a multi-purpose breakroom and restroom and upgrading the electrical and mechanical systems as well as adding fire suppression to the building.
