For Excellence in Construction and Management, MLB is a four-time winner of the prestigious Build New York Award presented by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of New York and the 2007 Certificate of Merit from the State of North Carolina. MLB is also the recipient of AGC’s 2016, 2008 and 2007 Safety Excellence Award for demonstrating dedication and commitment to maintaining the highest standards on every job site.
MLB currently has both LEED Green Associates and LEED AP’s with Building Design and Construction specialties on staff.
