This project site is contained by a 100 foot wetland buffer zone to the East, a parking lot to the North, and the main hospital and emergency department drive to the West. The final building will be a one-story structure with a basement; approximately 11,500 square feet. Dedicated parking will be in the lot to the North. Construction Start Date September 4, 2018 The site of the At the Rail Pavilion has officially become the new 1863 Club at the Saratoga Racecourse. MLB worked through the grueling winter months to get the foundations in place and literally had a race to the finish to get the project completed before opening day. Construction Cost Contract Amount = $2,434,700 Size 17,000 sf Special Distinctions Timeline Requirements Contract Date September 2017 Completion Date December 2017 The addition to the Bear Den Lodge at Whiteface Ski Resort brought a new client to the table for MLB Construction. The Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) selected MLB to build a 17,000sf addition to their children’s lodge. This project featured phased construction and a multi-prime approach. The Hyde Museum, Glens Falls, NY

Construction Cost $2,200,000Size 20,000 sfSpecial Distinctions Historic Registry Start Date September 2002 Completion Date November 2003 Built in 1912 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Hyde House is home to a substantial collection of Master paintings and antique furnishings, all part of the famous Hyde Collection Art Museum. Decades of exposure to the northeastern climate caused failure of the building’s stucco facade.
